We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets our return conditions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer free returns.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must include all original parts, components, and packaging. The product must show only normal handling and must not be damaged due to careless use. Products that are hygiene-sensitive must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned. If the item arrives defective or damaged, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used, mishandled, or damaged through no fault of our own.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return to the sender address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that all return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
All approved returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. Noirby does not provide free return labels or prepaid return shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
However, because we work with a highly automated order processing system, orders are processed quickly after being placed. For this reason, once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order is already in transit, please wait until it has been delivered and then contact us to begin the return process.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by email at info@noirby.com
with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
As our products may be shipped from Asia, delivery times can sometimes be longer than expected. Unfortunately, once an order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to cancel, you must wait until the order has been delivered and then return it in accordance with our return instructions. To help us process your return faster, we recommend sending us proof of shipment once the item has been returned.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if the return meets our conditions.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
